Who we are?
From the idea to the first order
The idea was born during the difficult Covid lockdown period, when our children were looking for something to do to escape the dreariness and boredom of everyday Covid life. Our daughter Lara and a friend found a new, creative activity - they started making Hobby Horses, halters and jumps. They received support from their immediate circle. This is how the Hobby Horse online shop that you are currently on started.
Little by little, we began to delve deeper into the subject, studied foreign trends and designed our current offering accordingly. From the very beginning, the entire team was driven by the energy, vision and genuine interest in this up-and-coming sport.
We fulfil every wish
The team has gradually expanded, but only to the extent that we can still call ourselves a family business with a clear conscience. The passion of all of us has led to a wide range of products. The Hobby Horse fan will not only find horses and necessary accessories of various kinds in many colours and sizes, but also a special ART collection. A young artist is behind this and each piece is hand-painted and unique. For the creative types, there is also the option of customising a horse to your own wishes. Whether you are looking for equipment for competitions or just for riding, we have something for everyone.
All goods are in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours on the next working day. This way, the time of anticipation can be shortened and the girls and boys can soon gallop along with their new partner. In this day and age, the environment is just as important - our products are packaged primarily with sustainable materials.
Hobby Horsing deserves public attention
In addition to the online store and the production of Hobby Horses, we are also dedicated to the development of Hobby Horsing as a sport, support young athletes at events and competitions and are present in various media. Since 2022, we have been working with a Hobby Horsing Association to take the sport to a higher level, namely the championship. Our long-term goal is above all to make Hobby Horsing as such more visible. We believe that Hobby Horsing is a great, healthy and creative way for children and young people to spend their free time.
From "home creation" to first-class items
We have travelled a long and arduous road since our beginnings. From production literally on the kitchen table to a sophisticated manufacturing process in which we attach great importance to product safety, user-friendliness and quality of workmanship.
